The terms governing your use of the GHL Car Rental Snapshot website, the snapshot licence, your purchase, and the services delivered into your GoHighLevel.

Welcome to GHL Car Rental Snapshot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Top GHL Snapshots Powered by TheBigBot LLC, a subsidiary of Wahi Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, templates, and related assets built for car rental, rent-a-car, and fleet operators (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

  • All products offered through GHL Car Rental Snapshot are digital in nature.
  • Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
  • You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
  • Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
  • Exception for billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We will review your case, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the purchased product.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products.

4a. We Are a Software Product — Not a Car Rental Company

GHL Car Rental Snapshot is a software and automation product. It is not a car rental company, vehicle owner, insurer, payment processor, or DMV/registration authority. We do not rent vehicles, hold security deposits, underwrite insurance, verify driver eligibility, or set rental-agreement terms.

  • Vehicle ownership, registration, titling, maintenance, and roadworthiness remain entirely with the operating rental company that uses our product.
  • Insurance and liability coverage, collision-damage waivers, and security-deposit collection, holding, disclosure, and return are the sole responsibility of the operating rental company.
  • Driver-eligibility verification (age, valid license, identity, and any required checks) is the responsibility of the operating rental company.
  • Rental-agreement terms, pricing, fees, taxes, and refunds for end-renter transactions are set and handled by the operating rental company — not by us.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable state rental-licensing rules, security-deposit disclosure laws, insurance and liability-waiver requirements, consumer-protection laws, and any local regulations governing vehicle rental in your jurisdiction.

Our role is limited to providing the CRM snapshot, funnels, automations, and AI workflows that the operating rental company configures and uses at its own discretion.

5. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on GHL Car Rental Snapshot are the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GHL Car Rental Snapshot regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
