Scope: This Refund Policy applies only to your purchase of our digital snapshot product. It does not apply to any end-renter transaction, rental charge, security deposit, or fee collected by a car rental or fleet operator that uses our product — those are governed solely by that operator's own terms.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products made through GHL Car Rental Snapshot are final and non-refundable.
Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.
- Incorrect charges — you were billed an incorrect amount.
