Set stage colors
Use the design palette or build stage colors from your brand color. Colors follow column position, so every pipeline gets them.
Style cards and toolbar
Deal cards, lane backgrounds and the toolbar take the design; turn on the list view styling if your team uses it.
Publish
Publish and the board looks new on every sub-account. Pipelines, stages, deals and automations are untouched.

What does GHL pipeline design change?

How many pipeline board styles are there?

Which pipeline designs are dark?
Midnight Neon and Obsidian Gold. They pair well with dark themes and the dark dashboard designs.
How do stage colors work with different pipelines?
By column position, not stage name: first stage, first color, and so on, repeating after the last. A rental pipeline with seven stages and a corporate pipeline with four both get a color for every column.
Can staff still drag deals between stages?
Yes. The board keeps GoHighLevel's own drag and drop, and cards stay put on hover, so moving a reservation from Quote sent to Deposit held works as before.
Can the board match my dashboard?
Yes. Several designs have a matching dashboard, such as Midnight Neon, Obsidian Gold, Ocean Pro and Brand Match, and both can build colors from your brand color.
